Tammy Hsu, President
Rutgers University-New Brunswick, 2012
Tammy is a Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) that currently serves as the Event Manager on the Global Event Operations team at S&P Global Market Intelligence. With over ten years of event planning experience for nonprofits, corporations, and higher education institutions, she now focuses on the planning and execution of collectively over a hundred conferences, hosted meetings, third party sponsorships, virtual events, and networking events. She is also the founder of her own event planning consulting business, Outpland LLC.
Tammy has a deep passion for volunteerism, starting with her service of over 1,200 hours in AmeriCorps between 2009 through 2012 and went on to volunteer for Special Olympics, Jersey Cares, and America Needs You in her spare time between 2012 through 2021. She has also served on various nonprofit boards since 2010 including EOFSAA as the Events Coordinator, Vice President and then President between 2015 to 2018 as well as a Committee Member and Associate Board Chair with America Needs You between 2017-2018.
Tammy earned her B.A. in Communications & Psychology along with a Leadership Certificate in Organizational Communication from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey. She continues to be an avid supporter for various nonprofit organizations and the Rutgers community.

Deandrah Cameron, Vice President
Rutgers University-New Brunswick, 2018
Deandrah Cameron is a proud first generation graduate and Jamaican immigrant. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Health from the Rutgers Schools of Arts and Sciences and Edward J. Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy and a Master’s of Public Health focused on Health Systems and Policy with a Graduate Certificate in Public Health Nutrition. She is the Secretary of the Rutgers African-American Alumni Alliance and previously served in the U.S. Army Reserves. She currently works as a Policy Manager at New Jersey Future developing and advancing state policies that affect health, water infrastructure, and redevelopment, with a primary focus on lead in drinking water.

Knight Sanchez Ambubuyog, Social Media Specialist
New Jersey City University, 2012
Knight Sanchez Ambubuyog is currently serving as the EOF Counselor at Hudson County Community College. As a former graduate of the program himself, he is now able to share his knowledge and give support to the students who are taking the same path as him at HCCC. Before returning to HCCC, Knight served as the EOS (EOF) Recruitment Specialist and Senior Admissions Counselor at Drew University. After earning his Associates Degree from HCCC, Knight went on to New Jersey City University to earn his Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. He also attended Farleigh Dickinson University, where he earned his Master’s Degree in Student Service Administration.
Having spent his entire professional career with EOF, he has a great passion for the program. He attributes much of his success to EOF, and wants to continue that trend for generations to come. Aside from his counseling duties at HCCC, Knight is also the Social Media Manager for the EOF program. In his spare time, Knight also has a Youtube channel named “It’s Knight Time”.

Avery Tan, Fundraising Chair
Saint Peter's University, 2022
Avery Tan is a student leader that transferred from Hudson County Community College (HCCC) in the Fall of 2020. He pursued his Bachelors of Science in Health Sciences. Avery was actively involved in the HCCC EOF Program and transferred to bring great value to the EOF Program at Saint Peter’s University (SPU). At SPU, Avery served as a Peer Mentor Coordinator leading the EOF Peer Mentoring Program, served as an EOF Program Student Ambassador, and a Resident Assistant leader in Residence Life at SPU. Avery was inducted into Tri Alpha, Delta Sigma Pi, Dean’s List Scholar, honored with the Flame Award at the Student Evening of the Star, recognized for academic excellence & student spotlight for the EOF Graduate Achievement Award, and more. Avery will continue his graduate studies in Health Sciences with a concentration in Leadership at Saint Peter’s University. In addition, Avery currently is an EOF Counselor at Saint Peter’s University. Lastly, Avery serves as the VP for Fundraising Chair for EOFSSA.
EOF is the true definition of “Extension of Family” without the EOF Program I would have not been able to achieve so much success throughout my educational endeavors including my professional career aspirations.
