- Provide resources and feedback on projects and initiatives.

Advocacy Chair

- Coordinating events to educate and promote awareness of issues pertaining to EOF alumni in accordance with important dates that coincide with legislative support.
- Empowering regional Liaisons in advocating regionally with templates, content materials, and strategies.

Benefit Specialist

- Procuring and establishing services exclusively available to EOFSAA. members in areas of professional development, retail services, educational access, and financial support/counseling.
- Maintaining a catalogue of benefits organized in the form of a directory that is updated bi-annually.
- Creating methods and strategies for recognizing membership benefits to the fulfillment of the EOFSAA. mission, in the forms of grants, special projects or opportunities, academic scholarships, and service awards.
- Building and maintaining relationships with vendors and partners to enhance the benefits for our members by having at least one annual conversation or meeting with said partners/vendors.
- Actively seeking out opportunities to network with vendors, partners, and organizations.
- Being responsible for compiling feedback on benefits usage, member satisfaction, and growth of the benefits package being offered to the membership.
- Working with the Events & Marketing Manager on promoting benefits through social media, mailing lists, and events.

Data Specialist

- Developing strategies and surveys to gather feedback for future improvement.
- Segmentation, cleaning, and maintaining of data of members that enhance targeted communications as the result of working with Benefits Specialist, Events and Marketing Chair, Regional Liaison etc.

Events & Marketing Manager

- Operating as the lead of events and marketing for the Association, but in the circumstance in which either becomes an overwhelming responsibility, the Events & Marketing Manager will recruit an assistant to oversee either the events or marketing responsibilities, with the approval of the Executive Board.
- Being responsible for site searches and contracting locations/ facilities/ venues for events, workshops, or other engagements.
- Organizing and proposing an event schedule consisting of at least one event per quarter of the year with objectives and an execution plan.
- Working with the Treasurer in developing a proposed expenses budget for the all event related expenditures in conjunction with EOFSAA.
- Being responsible for all branding and promotion materials of the Association and works with the Public Relations Specialist and Social Media Specialist to ensure the EOFSAA brand is accurately utilized and represented in all avenues.
- Creating and managing the overall branding guidelines in the form of a Branding Kit for the Association’s reference.

Fundraising Chair

- Helping the Executive Board identify talent and recruiting of alumni members for board vacancies.
- Engaging members on social media to increase involvement in the Association.
- Supporting new Chapter members through onboarding.
- Supporting the Events & Marketing Manager with welcome strategies for new members events.
- Maintaining and cultivating membership culture through constant, active engagement with the members.

Parliamentarian

Public Relations Specialist

- Mitigating any negative press and/or situations in which the Association was poorly represented at the result, but is not limited to, of any actions of current or former board members, alumni, or any person claiming association with EOFSAA when necessary.
- Working with the Events & Marketing Manager to monitor the updating of social media, any promotional material, and the website on a consistent basis to ensure negative press is addressed.
- Reporting on progress made with any plan of action that he/she would like to utilize and educates the whole administrative body on said plan.

Regional Liaison(s)

- Being responsible for cultivating membership and organizational culture.
- Building relationships with key members of the community in their respective regions in order to promote community events and/or other initiatives that are aligned with the Association’s goals.
- Working with the Events & Marketing Manager to recruit sponsors for events and/or initiatives in the form of funding, knowledge, resources, volunteers, and/or material goods.
- Being responsible for procuring, developing, and maintaining relationships with EOFSAA Chapters’ Directors and members in their respective regions to best assist them with relaying their needs to the Executive Board.
- Working with the Events & Marketing Manager to conduct site searches for events in the region and the Liaison will lead the onsite executive of said events if the Events & Marketing Manager cannot be present.
- Being the greeter at all EOFSAA hosted events in their designated region and leads the networking and introductions for the attendees.
- Being responsible for their regions based on the following geographic breakdown by the designated counties:

- Keeping an organized record of all files, reports, correspondence, and information necessary to the function and purpose of the organization.
- Delivering, within (10) ten days after the conclusion of each Executive Board meetings, copies of the minutes to the Executive Board.
- Being responsible for the annual update of the Policies and Procedures Handbook.
- Providing Board Members with timely notice of meetings and action item deadlines.
- Being responsible for collecting agenda topics and formulating an agenda draft for the President and Vice President’s approval prior to distribution.

Treasurer

- Overseeing the proper accounting of EOFSAA’s budget and assisting the Leadership Team in financial strategic planning to ensure financial stability of the Association.
- Acting as the liaison to EOFPANJ’s Treasurer and is responsible for submitting proposals, revisions, and resubmissions to attain funding for EOFSAA.
- Being responsible for reconciling, maintaining, and tracking all financial transactions for any purchase or all expenditures with proper receipts and Documentation.
- Providing a financial update report, which includes the current account overview, recent expenses, and income, to the Executive Board about the organization's financial standing at each board meeting.
- Handling all disbursement in any manner approved by a majority vote of the Executive Board members.
- Being responsible for working with the President to file all State and Federal reports as required of the Association.
- Being responsible for depositing, all funds of the Association received within (5) business days of receipt.
- Submitting payments only to the organizations of persons under which the Association has terms of agreement with, in which an invoice and W9 is required.
